We reserve the right to update our terms, conditions, and policies at any given point without notice. By accessing our website, you agree to indemnify us from all claims, actions, damages, costs, and expenses including legal fees arising from or in connection with your use of our website. 

Bone Inlay Arts does not accept any form of liability for any damage or injury caused by the use or misuse of our products. This includes all kinds of products/services from our end.

The issue on color resolution/pattern Please bear in mind that the photo may slightly different from the actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display. We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear at the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. The position of pattern/design may slightly different from what you see. If you have any doubts of our products, please contact us before buying the product to avoid any misunderstanding in the future.

  • Actual Item May Vary from Pictured Item. Every Piece is Unique, No Two Pieces are Alike.

  • We don’t accept cancellations on customized orders.

Shipping Policy:

  1. Shipping is Insured by Our Shipping Agency.
  2. Shipping Time is Totally Depended on Shipping Agency. We are not Responsible for Shipping or Custom Delays.
  3. If Buyer Denies to Pay Custom Duties or Denies to Accept the Shipment Within 3 Days of Arrival of Item at Destination, No Refund will Be Provided and Shipment will be Destroyed or Returned to Origin of Shipper and the Product Price will be Adjusted to the Expense Occurred to Destroy or Return Shipping.
  4. We use the DHL India services to ship our items globally. We will provide regular updates as we make and ship your item.

Return Policy:

  1. Returns will be Accepted Within 3 Days of Delivery of Item, In case Item is Defective or Damaged and Not Repairable.
  2. Return Shipping is Borne By Buyer Only.
  3. Original Shipping Packaging Box is To Be Packed and Returned Separately.

Replacement Policy:

        1. Replacement is Only Accepted When Item is Damaged and Not Repairable.

Refunds Policy:

  1. 100% Refunds if Item is Damaged and Not Repairable But Only After Inspection and Report Submission of Insurance Company.
  2. If Item is Repairable then only Repair Amount will be Refunded (Invoice of the repair is necessary.)
  3. The items are only returnable or replaceable if the damage is reported within 3 business days of the delivery

Taxes and Customs Duty Policy:

  1. Taxes:- If any Local Taxes Applicable will be Borne by Buyer Only.
  2. Custom Duties:- Custom Duties are Totally Payable By Buyer.
